The Joy of Journaling

                 _________________________________________________

Journals have been a big part of me for as long as I remember.

When I was young, I used to collect quotes of wise people using colorful pens in my journals. They motivated me a lot and helped me find hope in the difficult moments in my life.

From writing quotes from books  to writing my own affirmations, to a place where I dump my anger – the way I journal has evolved over time but no matter what the situation, it has always helped me clear up my head and feel better about myself.

I love to share the gift of Journaling with you all!

What I have experienced from journaling –

1. Not all days are great but learning to appreciate the good days with gratitude and handling the bad days with grace is a great way to live a good life.

2. It is a healthy outlet for expressing your emotions especially the challenging ones instead of holding on to them and letting them boil inside.

3. Its is a great way to see the problems from a distance and from different perspectives, and that helps find answers to your problems without getting sucked into it and becoming a problem yourself.

4. Counting your blessings and being grateful for the people and opportunities and experiences you have in life can help you look at the brighter side of life.

5. Expressing your dreams through writing with positive energy and intention before sleeping is a powerful tool for creating serendipitous moments and bringing your dreams to life.

Sharing my serendipitous moment when I met Ryan Holiday ,the author of ‘The Daily Stoic’ and many more bestsellers, and the idea of the kids’ journal piqued his interest as well and he asked me to share the author’s copy. It might just make its way to his bookstore, who knows!
